How to Not Get Overwhelmed
Pick One Thing and Really Lock into that Habit

Popping into your inbox because I want to share a simple tip so you don’t get overwhelmed with your health and fitness journey.
A lot of people try to do everything at one time. Eat clean, workout 5x a week, drink a gallon of water, meditate for 30 minutes a day. And that’s the easiest way to get overwhelmed, burned out, and frustrated. Then you give up and throw caution to the wind. It’s a vicious cycle.
Here’s what you need to do: pick one thing. Pick one habit, whether it’s drinking more water, getting better sleep, eating more vegetables, pick one thing and really lock into that habit. And then you build onto that with one new habit. It’s called habit stacking.
At the end of the month, you may have two new healthy habits that are no-brainers. From there you keep building. Doing this may take longer, but it will be more sustainable and prevent overwhelm.
