Popping into your inbox because I want to share a simple tip so you donā€™t get overwhelmed with your health and fitness journey.

A lot of people try to do everything at one time. Eat clean, workout 5x a week, drink a gallon of water, meditate for 30 minutes a day. And thatā€™s the easiest way to get overwhelmed, burned out, and frustrated. Then you give up and throw caution to the wind. Itā€™s a vicious cycle.

Hereā€™s what you need to do: pick one thing. Pick one habit, whether itā€™s drinking more water, getting better sleep, eating more vegetables, pick one thing and really lock into that habit. And then you build onto that with one new habit. Itā€™s called habit stacking.

At the end of the month, you may have two new healthy habits that are no-brainers. From there you keep building. Doing this may take longer, but it will be more sustainable and prevent overwhelm.
